Full Training Packages
This section shows fully developed training modules from analysis to implementation. Each training module was designed to meet a unique performance need and for a specific learner. Together, the artifacts within each package show an adherence to AECT Standards. Further information will be provided for each package.
In Person Training
This is an in-person training module designed to train volunteers on how to plan extracurricular groups for a local nonprofit. The training followed the Dick and Carey Model to plan, design, develop and implement the training. Additionally, the training underwent formative evaluations. The learning strategies for the training used the ARCS model for learner motivation. The full training package shows an ability to design and implement a training using research-backed principles at every stage.
